Is Nazca Colors a Spanish company?
Nazca Colors is a 100% Spanish company, created and managed from Mairena del Aljarafe (Seville).
Are your products physically available in Spain?
We work without a physical point of sale, in order to reduce costs as much as possible, and thus offer the most competitive price on the market.
Is Nazca colours fabric paint toxic?
We manufacture our products to a high quality standard. Our acrylic paints are water based ensuring that they are safe and toxic free. We also test our paints according to EN71-3 to ensure that they are free from heavy metals and harmful elements.
Can fabric paint Nazca Colors withstand washing?
You can wash your clothes without any fear of losing color or stain the rest of the clothes.
Simply follow the following fixing process:
– Let the design dry for 48 hours.
– Apply heat by ironing gently protecting the drawing with baking paper or using a hair dryer.
– Let dry another 24 hours until the paint is completely dry to ensure the fixation.
How can I contact Nazca Colors?

Shipping times: How long will it take for my fabric paints to arrive?
Deliveries to the EU and UK will take 3-5 working days for standard deliveries and 1 day for express deliveries. Orders will be shipped the same day you place your order as long as the order is placed before 15.00 pm local time.
We work with Amazon courier service. As they have the largest shipping network, we can ensure the speed and quality of the delivery of your purchase.
Shipping and handling
Shipments to Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) have a cost of 1.99€ for standard shipments and 3.99€ for express shipments.
For purchases over 29 euros, standard shipping costs are free.
Can I change the delivery details once I have placed the order?
Yes, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please let us know as soon as possible by email at orders@nazcacolors.com and we will do our best to change your details before we start the whole shipping process.
What is the time limit for Returns and Exchanges?
The deadline for any exchange or return is 30 days.
In special cases such as the Christmas period, the deadline for exchanges and returns is extended from November 30 to January 15.
How can I make a return and get a refund?
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the product received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of 14 calendar days to return the product without penalty and without having to indicate the reasons, although he will have to pay the cost of returning the order to the warehouse of Nazca Colors.
To formalise the return, you must first contact orders@nazcacolors.com and simply explain the reason for the return. As soon as we receive the product and check that its condition is adequate, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products purchased.
What payment methods do you have?
You can pay by Credit or Debit Card and also using the Paypal payment platform.
Request an invoice
Once the order has been shipped, you can request an invoice by emailing us at orders@nazcacolors.com with your order reference and billing details, if they are different from the ones you entered during the checkout process. We will send you the invoice to your email within 48 hours.
