How is it shipped?

NAZCA COLORS ART SUPPLIES S.L. uses the logistics services of Amazon FBA logistic to ship the products. Once the Order Confirmation has been sent, if the order was placed before 15.00 pm local time, the products will be shipped the same day, otherwise they will be shipped the following day. The Product(s) will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order within 3-5 working days in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. In the case of international deliveries within the European Economic Community or the United Kingdom, the delivery time will also be between 3-5 working days. We currently do not offer delivery to users residing outside the EU or the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

NAZCA COLORS ART SUPPLIES S.L. assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the Product is not carried out as a consequence of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be carried out for reasons beyond the control of the delivery company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product in Customs.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

The shipment of parcels is subject to the security and delivery conditions of the chosen carrier.

Where is it shipped?

Deliveries are made anywhere in Spain, including the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

We also ship within the EU and to the UK.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard delivery (3-5 days) costs 1,99 euros (VAT Inc). Urgent deliveries with delivery in 24/48 hours will cost 2,99 euros/pounds (VAT Inc). In case of a purchase of more than 29 euros without discount coupons, the standard delivery is also free of charge.

Shipping costs include transport and insurance. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union or the United Kingdom, customs charges at destination and other taxes (customs duties) are not included; they must be paid in cash by the recipient in order to receive the goods.

The consignee shall be responsible for all import charges and taxes incurred at the customs office of destination, whether or not the goods are delivered to him.

How long will it take for my Nazca Colors to arrive?

Deliveries to the Spanish mainland and Balearic Islands, as well as the EU and UK will take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive at the user’s home or destination point if the standard delivery option is chosen and 24/48 hours if the express delivery option is selected. These deadlines are counted from the same day the order is placed if the order is placed before 15.00 pm local time, or from the next working day if the order is placed later than 15.00 pm local time.

What happens if the chosen product is out of stock?

Our system should not allow the sale of any product that we do not have in stock, but in the event that something goes wrong, NAZCA COLORS will contact you to find a solution. If the product is not available within this period, a full refund will be made.

RETURNS

If you have a problem with any of the products you have purchased or you have simply changed your mind and wish to return a product, here we explain how to proceed.

How to contact us

Before making any returns you must contact us by email at orders@nazcacolors.com,indicating your order number. You can also use the contact form.

Once we receive your return request, we will send you the return label to your email, which you will have to attach to the packaging before sending the product(s) to be returned, and we will provide you with a refund option depending on your case. Although not all are always available, the options are:

Refund the corresponding amount in the same way in which the payment was made in the case of cancellation.
Replace with the same item in case of warranty claim.
– Generate a gift card for future purchases.
– Generate a discount code for future purchases.

The options for return to the warehouses of our logistics provider (Amazon FBA Logistic) are:

– Send the parcel to a post office (costs may apply depending on the case).
Ship by your ownto the warehouses of our logistics provider.

(Any import costs, such as customs and duties, will be deducted from the refund).

Any refund to the customer, as a result of a return, will be made within a maximum of 14 working days after we receive the product and check its condition in our warehouses..

RETURN FOR FACTORY DEFECT

In accordance with the General Law for the defence of Consumers and Users, all products sold by NAZCA COLORS are covered for 2 years for any manufacturing defect. If you would like to return a product due to a manufacturing defect, we will pay for the cost of returning and replacing the product with a product of identical characteristics.

In any case, the customer must justify the defects of the products with photographs in order to authorise the return. To avoid problems during transport, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its status. As soon as we check that the item/s are complete, we will replace the defective product with another of identical characteristics.

Do I have to pay anything for my return of a defective item?

NAZCA COLORS ART SUPPLIES S.L. will assume the cost of all returns due to defects as long as the defect of the product is duly justified and the return is made within the return period.

What is the deadline for making a return?

The deadline for any exchange or return is 30 days from receipt of the goods. NAZCA COLORS ART SUPPLIES S.L. reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire 30 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires the material possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact NAZCA COLORS at orders@nazcacolors.com with a clear statement of your wish to withdraw from the contract of sale.

Once we receive your communication we will contact you with instructions on how to return the goods.

NAZCA COLORS is not responsible for the courier company that the consumer and user hires for the return of the order. In this sense, NAZCA COLORS recommends that the consumer and user demand that the courier company provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product in the warehouses of the logistics provider of NAZCA COLORS, so that the consumer and user has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to NAZCA COLORS. NAZCA COLORS is not responsible for the address where the consumer and user sends the order for its return if it is different from those indicated.

The costs of returning the order (e.g. shipping costs via courier companies) shall be borne directly by the consumer and user. It is estimated that this cost amounts to approximately 6 euros maximum (depending on the product), but we cannot be held responsible for the final total cost of the management.

The product must be in perfect condition and with all the original labels, packaging and accessories that came with it. If this is not done by the consumer and user or if the product has been damaged in any way, the consumer and user accepts that the product may be subject to depreciation. Once NAZCA COLORS has verified that the order is in optimum condition, NAZCA COLORS will proceed to refund the full amount paid by the consumer and user. You must also return the goods directly to us without undue delay, at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package at the premises of our logistics provider (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery or payment method other than the least expensive method of standard delivery offered by us). We will proceed with the refund using the same payment method you used for the final transaction.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
